About me
My passion for user-centered design began during a university class project: exploring ways to help Syrian refugees integrate into Canadian society. That experience sparked a lifelong pursuit—working on human-centered problems with social impact and meaningful complexity.
I thrive on complexity, and I've found a sense of creative kinship in every step of my career. I began at Designation, then launched my UX consulting journey with the brilliant minds at Fuzzy Math. From there, I joined a mission-driven team at United Airlines, where designers, analysts, and product owners collaborated closely to transform our tools with accessibility at the forefront (for which we were awarded a webby).
Most recently, I spent three pivotal years at Mozilla, where I led design for the organization’s primary revenue-generating product team. I played a key role in shaping strategy and aligning user value with business goals for the Firefox Search Team. I delivered an improved interface and experience which drove measurable growth across nearly every team core metric. It was a defining chapter in my career, where I deepened my skills in UX and Product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and mission-driven design.
