Mozilla
2022 - 2025
At Mozilla I owned UX strategy and end-to-end design for the Firefox Search and Suggest experience—the browser's primary revenue driver. I partnered closely with user research to plan and execute generative research, and I designed and led continuous evaluative research. I combined a data-driven approach with a deep understanding of our technical capabilities and business goals to help define product strategy. I guided complex multi-stage projects from concept to launch, balancing quality and speed. Our most recent UX update boosted key engagement metrics like Search Count (+1.1% to +1.5%), Search Sessions (+0.8% to +1.2%), and Address Bar Engagements (+0.3% to +0.7%).

United Airlines
2019 - 2020; 2021 - 2022
I’ve had the pleasure of working at United Airlines on two separate occasions. I worked first on the consumer-facing website and mobile applications, where I was responsible for supporting complex pathways such as flight changing and cancellation. During my time here, we refactored and redesigned the entire mobile application (for which our team was recognized with a People’s Voice Webby award). I also redesigned complex web user flows for trip cancellation and management, advocating for and ultimately achieving greater transparency for users.
I rejoined United Airlines to lead user experience on the enterprise tools UX team where I redesigned complex and data-dense environments for United Airlines’ employees. I was responsible for my own tactical design work and also for providing feedback and mentorship to more junior designers.

Early work
I got my design education at Designation, a 24-week intensive course based in Chicago. I gained proficiency in a wide variety of design tools and processes, with an emphasis on diverse user research methodologies. I learned to apply these tools situationally to efficiently and effectively identify and solve for user needs. We ended our course with two separate client projects where I leveraged existing skills in team leadership, research, copy-writing, and client management to enhance project outcomes.
